I'd like to see a study that isn't paid for by them. A successful product doesn't necessarily mean it isn't snake oil. Profiting off fear can be very promising. I love opening up my stuff to fix things, especially considering that right now my I7 is not much more than an overspecced thumb drive. You need a philiips size 00 screwdriver to unscrew the back, then you can pry the back off with a small flat screwdriver or a razor blade. You will need a razor blade to take the switch apart, and then you can clean out the switch contact with a toothpick. I've had to do this a couple of times, because I work in construction, and I've gunked it up with dust, sand and sweat. Now I keep it in a plastic sleeve that I made for it. Don't try to take the screws out with a 1 or a 0 phillips. The screws are in VERY tight, and you'll strip the screws.
